BajanThings accepts most credit cards and Money Orders.  Money Orders should be sent with the Order Confirmation to:
BajanThings, 12 Gibbons Brow, Christ Church, Barbados West Indies.

Money Orders should be made payable to: William Burton.

Shipping Policy
We ship to all International destinations using, Air Mail WORLD-WIDE. Please note that somebody needs to be present at the given address on the day of the delivery.

Shipping, Handling & Processing Rates
We are not in the business of earning money on shipping and handling. Packaging and postage are at costs to you.  Please also note that BajanThings shipping costs do NOT include Customs duties, VAT / GST or Import Fees that may be applicable in your country.

What is the processing and delivery time?
All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing. This process takes less than 48 hours, at which time the order will be shipped. After processing, world-wide orders usually take about 5 to 10 working days to arrive.

A product is in stock unless a Out-of-Stock notice is posted in the product description. Out-of-Stock notices are updated each business day. It is possible that an item not shown as Out-of-Stock at the time of order can become Out-of-Stock between daily updates. We will notify you by e-mail when such an Out-of-Stock order occurs.

Packaging
Our products are delivered in bubble wrap inside a strong carton as to avoid breakages.  If requested we can include a message on a card with every order.

Customs duties, VAT / GST and Import Fees
Any duty actually charged is the responsibility of the purchaser / recipient.  Customs duties, VAT / GST and Import Fees vary from commodity to commodity and from country to country. Customs duties, VAT / GST and Import Fees are NOT part of BajanThings shipping charges. 

Often, a duty comprises a percentage of the cost of the goods, and can include or exclude shipping, and, when applicable, insurance. 

Returns
1. Should any package arrive in a damaged state or if we made an error in processing your order, please notify us as soon as possible and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.  Merchandise delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition reported within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer.

2. If you are not satisfied -for any reason- with a product you received, it may be returned for a full refund minus shipping cost.  However, merchandise may be returned only with the prior approval of BajanThings . To request a return, contact us explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition (unused).

4. BajanThings.com is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return, so we recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable.

On-line Security
Whenever your credit card information is transmitted, it is encrypted so that no one can intercept and read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet.

In order to provide our customers with the safest options available we have chosen to outsource our e-commerce credit card transactions to mals-e.com, who specialise in providing a secure and stable transaction environment.  Their Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.  Mals-e.com e-mails an order notification to BajanThings who then access Mals-e.com secure server to retrieve the order and payment details. On completion payment processing, BajanThings will then ship the merchandise directly to the on-line shopper.  The payment details is processed locally by BajanThings.  Once an order is processed BajanThings do not keep customers credit card details on file and delete the record from the secure server.

Cookies
Cookies are identifiers that we transfer to your computer through your Web browser to enable our system to recognise your browser and facilitate storage of items in your Shopping Cart. Cookies do not store any personal or credit card data.
