Starting at Barclays Park at 6am the Hill Challenge is 13 miles over some of the roughest and toughest terrain in Barbados. It takes competitors over over Cambridge, Les Beholden, Chalky Mount, Haggatts, Dark Hole, Bruce Vale, Mount All, Rasta Patch, Boarded Hall, Spa Hill, Frizers and Springfield, with elevation gains of more than 1,000 meters. Competitors have 6 hours to complete the challenge.

Those who are familiar with the course know that at this point you have not far to go and most of it is a fast downhill.
