BajanThings four years on…

As 2018 draws to a close and we look forward to 2019, it is that time of year to reflect on BajanThings four years on since its launch in December 2014 and over the past twelve months.

BajanThings is mostly about the things we are passionate about:

  • recording events that we have witnessed, or told by those who did and the life of some of the people who were born in, or had connections to, Barbados and made their mark on the world stage
  • hiking in Barbados and overseas.

We wish to thank all those who have encouraged BajanThings to continue writing, those who gave us information,  those who have shared old photographs with us, our guest contributors and those who write to us when we miss a comma or make a spelling error.  Thank you.  In 2019 we look forward to continuing to provide posts that educate, enlighten and inform.

Below is a table of all the BajanThings posts to date.

You can change the table sort order by clicking the arrows at the end of each of the header columns. You can sort the table alphabetically or by post date or by category or by number of unique viewers.  You can also filter the table based on a search term if you are looking for something specific. You can also click on any of the posts and the post will open in a new tab in your browser.

Wishing you all for every day on that little piece of coral limestone a safe happy, healthy and an environmentally sustainable successful New Year in particular former pupils of The Lodge School 1955-1961.
